Refund policy

At ABA & SPED Resources, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned with its original packaging, when applicable.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used sensory products may not be eligible for return.

Digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
